Solar Home was founded in 2022 by a team that includes engineers and technicians in the photovoltaic sector (with over 15 years of experience in developing and installing PV systems throughout Greece) and AI engineers specializing in optimizing online services and project management.

From designing the right system to installation, and from the photovoltaic panels to the electrical components we use, our goal is always high quality and a system that will operate seamlessly for over 2 decades.
Our founding team and technicians have worked for some of the largest companies in the photovoltaic sector for over 15 years, developing hundreds of photovoltaic systems for every possible application and on every type of surface (rooftops, tiled roofs, pergolas, ground, etc.).
Thanks to the long-term warranties on the equipment we use, our electromechanical equipment maintenance and cleaning services, and free remote monitoring of your system, Solar Home stays by your side even after your photovoltaic system is activated, so that we can ensure maximum production from your system.
The founding team
Athanasios Christodoulou is an experienced professional in the photovoltaic systems sector, with a long track record in the solar energy/renewable energy industry. He has worked for DEI Renewables, Endergy, and Inaccess on domestic and international photovoltaic projects. He holds an MSc in renewable energy from the EUREC organization (Brussels) and an MRe in environmental sciences from INSA (Lyon). He is also the founder of Solar Energy Land, a European platform that connects landowners with photovoltaic development companies.
Antonios Chrysakis is a Ruby on Rails developer who works on online qualitative research applications. He is Associate Director of IT Operations at a British market research company, where he provides an online platform that enables researchers to create and analyze private social networks and focus groups. Antonios graduated from the University of Crete with a degree in Economics and also holds an MSc in Computer Science from University College London.
