At least two (2) self-consumers located in the same building may jointly participate in the installation of generation stations and agree among themselves on the allocation of the energy they produce, subject to the network charges in force and other related charges, fees, contributions and taxes. The collective self-consumption scheme may also include consumption in the common areas of buildings. Virtual Net Billing applies to renewable energy self-consumers acting jointly.
