The “I Upgrade My Home” Program was created to provide co-financed housing loans to individuals through participating Credit Institutions, with the aim of improving the energy efficiency of their existing homes, in accordance with the Joint Ministerial Decision “Eligibility criteria for the housing loan program for natural persons ‘I Upgrade My Home’, using resources from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, and determination of the procedure for allocating funds to the Hellenic Development Bank S.A. and Credit Institutions” (Government Gazette 6896 B, 16-12-2024).
