The “I Upgrade My Home” Program was created to provide co-financed home loans to individuals through participating credit institutions, for the purpose of improving the energy efficiency of their existing homes, in accordance with the Joint Ministerial Decision “Eligibility assessment criteria for the home loan program for individuals ‘I Upgrade My Home’, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility, and determination of the procedure for making funds available to the Hellenic Development Bank S.A. and credit institutions” (Government Gazette 6896 Series B, 16-12-2024).
