Questions

Are applications to increase the capacity of self-consumption photovoltaic systems accepted?

Applications to increase the capacity of stations for which an initial application has been submitted, but no connection offer has been issued in the meantime, are treated as new applications and examined in the order in which the capacity increase application was submitted.

Applications to increase the capacity of stations for which a connection offer has been issued and remains in force are treated as new applications; that is, they are examined in the order in which the capacity increase application was submitted, and a new connection offer is issued for the new total capacity, provided that electrical capacity is available. The original offer is cancelled; otherwise, it remains in force.

Applications to increase the capacity of generation stations after connection activation will be possible at the same voltage level, following the submission of a new application, the issuance of a new Connection Offer, and payment of the relevant cost. In these cases, the Connection Agreements and Simultaneous Netting Agreements will be amended to reflect the capacity of the generation station.
