At self-consumer installations using simultaneous netting, installation of a stationary or mobile (i.e. electric vehicle) battery system for storing electrical energy (hereinafter, the storage system) is permitted following an application to the competent network operator. The storage system forms part of the self-consumer’s Internal Electrical Installation, and its installation must comply with the corresponding national and international standards and rules.
The maximum current of the overall installation may not exceed the maximum charging capacity of the self-consumer’s electricity supply.
