In the case of simultaneous net billing, as well as zero injection, the capacity of each generating station (in kWp) may be up to one hundred percent (100%) of the agreed consumption capacity (in kVA).
In the case of virtual simultaneous net billing, the capacity of each generating station (in kWp) may be up to one hundred percent (100%) of the installed capacity of all the consumption facilities included in the net billing arrangement (in kVA).
Specifically, for the installation of stations with or without an integrated electricity storage system for self-consumption with simultaneous net billing and without the possibility of injecting energy into the grid, the capacity of the stations may be up to one hundred percent (100%) of the agreed capacity of the consumption connection.
