Questions

Who is responsible for compliance with applicable town planning legislation when installing self-consumption photovoltaic systems?

Self-consumers must ensure compliance with the provisions of applicable town planning and environmental legislation when installing the generating station, and arrange for all permits, approvals or other relevant administrative acts required in each case to be issued, and must keep them.

Before the generating station is activated, DEDDIE will receive a solemn declaration from N.1599/1986 (the relevant template is available on its website) from the self-consumer and their responsible engineer, in which they will certify compliance with all relevant provisions and assume responsibility for it.
