Photovoltaic systems are installed on buildings (on the roof or rooftop of a building), on veranda/balcony canopies, on pergolas (on the roof or in an uncovered area of the plot), on façades and shading structures, as defined in Articles 16 and 19 of Law 4067/2012, as in force, as well as in ancillary areas of the building, such as storage rooms and parking areas, as defined in paragraph 96 of Article 2 of the same law) or on the ground, as well as on solar tracking systems installed on the ground.
