The above Declaration of Responsibility may cover the entire installation, that is, both the existing consumption installation and the generation installation incorporated into the consumer’s internal electrical installation. Alternatively, it may cover only the generation installation, if the Declaration of Responsibility for the existing consumption installation is still valid, meaning that the time for its next regular inspection has not yet elapsed.
This Declaration of Responsibility, together with the relevant supporting documentation (plans, technical report, description of the method used to prevent islanding, protection settings, etc.), is signed by an Electrical Engineer, an Engineer in a related field with the corresponding professional rights (e.g. a Mechanical Engineer) and, specifically for installations up to 10 kW, by an electrical installer, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 108/2013.
