Regulated charges (ETMEAR, System Usage Charge, Network Usage Charge, YKO and other regulated charges) are calculated on each consumption bill based on the energy drawn from the Grid.
For all the above cases, charges for the Special Consumption Tax, the Special Fee 5‰ of Law 2093/1992 and VAT are calculated as provided for by the applicable legislation in force at the time.
