Questions

In the case of usufruct, bare ownership or co-ownership of a property, who can install a photovoltaic self-consumption system?

If the electricity supply is in the usufructuary’s name, the usufructuary can do so without the bare owner’s consent. If it is in the bare owner’s name, the bare owner can do so with the usufructuary’s consent. In cases of co-ownership, the owner in whose name the electricity supply is registered can do so with the written agreement of the co-owners.
